Assistant Accountant

The Role

You'll play a key role in supporting the finance function and ensuring accurate financial reporting across the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the preparation of monthly accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
• Accruals and prepayments
• Cashflow reporting and monitoring
• Assisting with year-end audit requirements
• VAT returns and statutory reporting support
• Supporting process improvement initiatives

About You

We're looking for a proactive individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is keen to continue developing their finance career.

You will ideally have:

• AAT qualification or be studying towards ACCA, CIMA or ACA
• Previous experience in a similar Assistant Accountant role
