Overview We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a new therapeutic 3-bed childrens home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
This is an excellent opportunity to open and develop a service from the ground up , supported by an established and forward-thinking care provider.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day running of the home
Lead recruitment, supervision and development of staff
Ensure compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding standards
Deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care
Build a positive, structured and therapeutic environment
Drive continuous improvement and outcomes
Essential Criteria NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People
Minimum 3 years in residential childcare
At least 2 years in a senior/leadership role
Experience supporting young people with EBD
Strong safeguarding knowledge
Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Level xwzovoh 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
Experience with Ofsted inspections
Track record of developing teams or improving services
