Job Title: Deputy Warehouse Section Leader – Nights 10pm-6am Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent, Full Time, Nights, Monday to Friday, 10pm–6am The Role A growing FMCG warehouse operation in Hinckley is looking for a Deputy Warehouse Section Leader to support the running of the night shift. You'll work closely with the Section Leader, stepping up to cover during absence, and helping lead a team on a fast-moving, high-volume site. What the role involves * Supporting the Section Leader in the day-to-day running of the night shift * Leading by example on the warehouse floor * Stepping up to full shift responsibility during the Section Leader's absence * Supporting productivity, standards and team welfare * Staying calm and decisive if anything goes wrong on shift What's needed * Experience as a Team Leader, Shift Supervisor, or similar within an FMCG or food warehouse environment * Willing and able to work nights, Monday to Friday, 10pm–6am * A calm head and good people skills * Genuine desire to progress into a Section Leader role How to apply Please submit your CV for consideration.
