What will you be doing? You will advise on a wide variety of commercial property transactions, including:

Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.Commercial landlord and tenant matters, including the grant, renewal and assignment of leases.Property portfolio management.Options, conditional contracts and promotion agreements.Secured lending transactions.Property aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals.Development and site assembly matters.

You'll also play an active role in supervising junior team members, maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives. What could make you stand out?

Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in Commercial Property.Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of real estate matters.Excellent client relationship and business development skills.Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.A collaborative approach and willingness to mentor junior colleagues.
