With a prestigious customer base including Airbus, BAE Systems, Rolls Royce, Lockheed Martin, and more, we are proud to support some of the most advanced aerospace and motorsport programmes in the world. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team and seeking experienced Aircraft / Aerospace Fitters to join our high-performing production team. Key Responsibilities * Interpret and work from engineering drawings, specs and job routings. * Perform precision fabrication and assembly of aerospace products. * Operate hand tools and machinery for cutting, deburring, drilling, riveting, and forming. * Ability to operate and test spot weld machine. * Assemble components using mechanical techniques and ensure high-quality standards. * Work with materials such as stainless steel, aluminium and nickel alloys. * Final product conductivity and minimum/maximum torque testing * Maintain traceability and adhere to quality control procedures. * Ensure a clean, safe, and organised working environment. * Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) regulations and company policies. Experience & Skills Required * Proven experience in hand fabrication and mechanical assembly. * Background in aerospace sheet metal or fitting. * High attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances.
