The Role

• Manage a broad residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and related matters.
• Deliver high levels of client care while building strong local relationships.
• Work within a collaborative team environment with strong support from experienced colleagues.
• Assist with mentoring and technical support for junior team members where appropriate.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Residential Property department.
• Enjoy a role offering autonomy, flexibility and genuine long-term progression prospects.

You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner.
• Ideally 5+ years’ experience within Residential Conveyancing.
• Confident managing your own caseload independently.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a busy environment.
