Our client, a well-established and growing care provider, is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead one of their services.

This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance and effective team management.
Package:

Responsibilities:
Managing the daily operations of the service
Ensuring CQC compliance and regulatory standards are met
Leading, supporting and developing the staff team
Overseeing recruitment, induction and staff rotas
Conducting quality audits and service improvement plans
Managing incidents, complaints and safeguarding concerns
Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
Building strong relationships with service users, families and commissioners
Requirements:
Experience as a Registered Manager or Senior Manager in social care
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding
Relevant management qualification (or willingness to work towards)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to drive quality improvements and service performance
Full UK driving license and own transport
