This dedicated care service focuses on empowering individuals to maintain their independence while receiving the support they need with dignity, respect, and compassion. Services Include: • Personal care and hygiene support • Assistance with washing, dressing, and bathing • Meal preparation and cooking assistance • Domestic support including shopping and laundry • Hospital appointments and escorted outings • Rapid response and assessment services • Dementia and Parkinson’s support • Post-operative rehabilitation and respite care • Support for individuals with physical, sensory, and learning disabilities • End-of-life and chronic illness care The Role An excellent opportunity is available for caring and dedicated individuals looking to make a genuine difference within the community.
