This is an excellent opportunity to work on high quality transactions within a collaborative, forward thinking environment that rivals the work and expertise of London firms.The RoleYou'll be responsible for advising a broad range of clients - from entrepreneurial start ups to major international organisations - across a wide variety of corporate matters, including:Mergers and acquisitionsVenture capital transactionsCross border mattersPrivate equity investmentsJoint venturesCorporate restructuringsYou will work closely with Partners and senior lawyers with significant City experience, gaining exposure to complex, high value transactions.
