CaretakerInaccordancewiththelocalworkprogramme,schedules,andfrequenciesandorasrequired. Removeandcleanlydisposeofanyoverspillinrefusecontainerstoragerooms. Rotaterefusecontainerstoavoidsuchoverspillsasrequired. Checkrefusechutesandifpossible,clearblockages.Ifnotpossibletoclear,reporttotheNeighbourhoodCaretakingTeamLeaderorotherappropriateofficer. EmptyandCleanlitterBins Removeweedsandotherplantmaterial,asrequiredfromhardstandingareas. Litterpickallestateshrubs/rose/flowerbeds. Sweepallhardstandingcommunalareasincludingcarparksplaygroundsanddryingarea. Removegraffitifromanyestateareawithinagreedtimescales:Abusive/offensive/illegal=24hours.Allothergraffitiwithin5workingdays ToLiaisewithresidents,EstateWardens,andotherservicesinemergencysituations Toensurethatallestateincidentsarerecorded,andsuchinformationprovidedtotheNeighbourhoodCaretakingTeamLeader ToensurealltaskundertakenarecarriedoutinaccordancewithHealthandSafetyguidelines.
