Job Overview:
The sales consultant role aims to devise strategies for the identification, structured approach, and development of relationships with key clients with an objective of securing supplier relationships, providing new and enhanced volumes of business. The most important characteristic of the role is to secure openings for new business opportunities and develop relationships with existing client groups within the Temporary Nursing division.
Your Role(s):
You will be responsible for the following – current but not limited to
* Business development at a variety of buyer levels within each target client
* Identifying & recording business opportunities within the client base for the Temporary Nursing division
* Making opening appointments within client groups such as NHS Trusts, Care Homes, NHS Partnership Trusts, Private hospitals, Clinics, ICB’s, Case Management Companies etc. (this is not an exhaustive list)
* Developing existing accounts with the above client groups and creating awareness of the services supplied by the Temporary Nursing division.
* Establishing, maintaining, and recording contacts and building relationships at all levels within the client organisation and at departmental and executive level
* Supporting & identifying a successful sales strategy for the market
* Liaising regularly with divisional and team management within the Temporary Nursing division to capture & record client activity intelligence and information.
* Making outbound calls for lead generation and client appointments.
* identifying, recording, and maintaining details of key personnel in the client organisation via the database.

* Good communication skills - the ideal candidate can manage and communicate information clearly and concisely to Line manager, colleagues, and database clients.
* The ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently under pressure.
