Job Description \nCNC Recruitment is delighted to be representing a highly prestigious, large European corporation in the recruitment of an experienced Hands-On Line Leader.\n \nThis is an excellent opportunity for a confident production professional to join a fast-paced, quality-driven manufacturing environment and take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of a production line.\n \nThe Role\n \nYou will lead and coordinate production operatives, ensuring the line runs safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. This is a genuinely hands-on leadership position, where you will lead from the front while also supporting production activities when required.\n \nKey responsibilities include:\n \nLeading and coordinating production teams on a designated lineAllocating tasks and ensuring production targets are achievedMonitoring quality, output and production performanceLeading product changeovers and minimising downtimeSupporting machine operation and basic adjustments where requiredEnsuring food safety, GMP, HACCP, hygiene and health & safety standards are maintainedCompleting production records and documentation accuratelyIdentifying and resolving operational issues quicklySupporting continuous improvement and team developmentAbout You\n \nWe are seeking someone with:\n \nPrevious experience in manufacturing, production, food, nutrition or FMCGExperience leading, coordinating or supervising production teamsStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsGood understanding of quality, food safety and health & safety requirementsExcellent communication skillsA practical, proactive and “can-do” attitudeA willingness to remain hands-on and work alongside the production team\n \nExperience as a Line Leader, Team Leader, Senior Operator or similar would be highly advantageous, as would knowledge of HACCP and GMP.\n \nThe Opportunity\n \n39 hours per week | 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays | Competitive salary\n \nIf you're an experienced production professional looking for an opportunity to take the next step in your career with a prestigious European organisation, CNC Recruitment would love to hear from you.\n \nApply today for a confidential conversation with CNC Recruitment.\n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
