JD Gyms in Swansea is seeking an inspirational Manager to develop standards, drive membership growth, and lead a growing team within our award-winning gym chain. You will be responsible for delivering excellent member service while maintaining safety and cleanliness across the facility.

You will recruit and manage Fitness Coaches and General Assistants, hold regular team meetings, and work toward sales targets and local marketing activity to boost revenue and member satisfaction.
