Absolute Law Recruitment are working with a Top 20 Legal 500 Law firm based in London who are seeking a Partner to join their Real Estate team. This position will involve being exposed to a great variety of commercial property matters including:- * Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property. * Landlord and Tenant. * Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements * Landlord and tenant leasing and management documentation * Acquiring investment properties * Development sales and letting agreements * Secured lending transactions with banks and other lenders * Overseeing the acquisition, management and sale of real estate properties. The successful individual will have the following attributes:- * Qualified Senior Solicitor with a minimum of 8+ years PQE * Technical proficiency in a range of company property matters * Excellent communication skills * Enthusiastic with a desire for business development * A strong ambitious team player.
