Senior Design Manager

We are looking for an experienced Design Manager or Senior Design Manager to join a growing Tier 2 contractor delivering projects across the East Midlands.Role Manage the design process from preconstruction through to delivery across multiple regional projects. You will coordinate consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, working closely with commercial, preconstruction and site teams to ensure programme, buildability and compliance are achieved.RequirementsProven experience working for a main contractor as a Design Manager or Senior Design ManagerStrong preconstruction and delivery experienceHands-on, proactive Tier 2 approachAbility to manage multiple projects independentlyDesirableExperience delivering projects for the Department for EducationExperience using ViewpointThis is a great opportunity to join a supportive and growing business with a strong regional pipeline and real ownership of projects.
