As the number one on-site leader, you’ll oversee all operational, financial, and strategic aspects of the business,. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality Drive production improvements for bespoke machinery manufacturing Optimise processes, structures, and workflows to enhance performance Implement product management systems and documentation Manage HR functions, including organisational structure, salary levels, and health & safety Lead R&D projects and innovation initiatives Control budgets, ensuring financial targets are met Take full P&L responsibility, driving profitability and growth  What We’re Looking For: Senior management experience in advanced bespoke manufacturing and/or standard equipment manufacture Engineering background Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges Proven track record of business growth and performance improvements Commercial acumen, with experience managing P&L and financials  If you're a results-driven leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for manufacturing excellence, we’d love to hear from you
