Locations: Manchester & Bolton

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Career Progression

We're recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead one of our Children's Residential Homes supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of the home
• Ensure outstanding safeguarding and care standards
• Build, develop and inspire a high-performing team
• Deliver positive outcomes for children and young people
• Maintain full Ofsted compliance
• Drive continuous improvement across the service
• Build effective relationships with local authorities and external professionals

Requirements

• Current Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager
• Experience within Children's Residential Care
• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Children's Home Standards
• Full UK Driving Licence
