About the role
Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Support Worker to join us on an ad-hoc shift basis in Chester.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing high-quality, person-centred support to service users.
* Supporting with daily living and encouraging independence.
* Building positive and professional relationships with individuals and their families.
* Supporting with appointments, activities and community access where required.
* Monitoring wellbeing and identifying any changes or concerns.
* Maintaining accurate records and following care and safeguarding procedures.
* Working as part of a supportive team to ensure a safe and positive environment.
About You
We are looking for reliable, caring and enthusiastic individuals who have a genuine passion for supporting others. Previous experience within healthcare, social care, supported living or a similar environment is desirable, although transferable experience will be considered.
