This is a permanent role with a long-standing, well-established multi-disciplinary design practice, offering the structure and support you need to build your career properly. You'll be backed with mentoring towards chartership whilst being developed with progression to senior roles. You'll be joining a stable consultancy with low staff turnover and a strong reputation built over generations, working on a varied portfolio across public and private sector work. The business is growing organically and investing in its future through succession planning and developing engineers from within. You'll be office-based initially in Newark-on-Trent, producing structural designs across multiple projects and developing towards taking ownership of workstreams, coordination, and broader project responsibility.
