Client

VANRATH are delighted to be working with an well known business based in the Antrim area who are recruiting an Accounts Administrator to join their team to cover an initial interim period. Responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and payments.

The Ideal Person

• Minimum of 5 GCSE (or equivalent) passes at Grade C or above including English and Mathematics or equivalent.
• 1 year's experience within a similar finance role

Responsibilities

As a Accounts Administrator you will be responsible for:

• Accurate & timely processing & invoicing of customer invoices & credit notes.
• Recording information to the Purchase Ledger / relevant accounts and processing payment.
• Prepare month-end and quarterly supplier reports.
• Accurate and timely processing & coding of supplier invoices.
• Accurate records are maintained regarding accounts and suppliers.
• Accurate reconciliation of supplier statements.
