Deputy Store Manager: Lead, Inspire & Drive Store KPIs

Lidl GB Wales is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead the store floor and back-end operations. You’ll take ownership when the Store Manager is away, set standards for service, stock integrity and cash processes.

You’ll inspire your colleagues and drive performance on the shop floor and in behind-the-scenes tasks. The role offers a salary of £38,000–£46,000 per year, 30–35 days’ holiday pro rata, a 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme and ongoing training.
