Technical Business Analyst Newcastle Location: Newcastle Working Model: Hybrid 3 days per week in office Were looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our software delivery team in Newcastle , working across complex technology and transformation programmes.

Youll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into clear requirements and helping ensure solutions align with user needs and business goals.

The Role Working with product owners, developers, testers and architects, youll support delivery throughout the software development lifecycle.

Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements Create user stories, process flows and functional requirements Work with stakeholders to identify impacts, risks and dependencies Support Agile ceremonies, backlog prioritisation and testing Collaborate across business and technology teams to support successful delivery What Were Looking For Experience as a Business Analyst within a software or technology environment Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio or Excel Strong SQL and data analysis skills Understanding of APIs, databases, system integrations and cloud technologies Whats On Offer Competitive xwzovoh salary 25 days annual leave Private medical insurance 3 additional days of leave per year for charitable work Hybrid working Security Clearance Due to the nature of the work, this role is subject to Security Clearance requirements , including 5 years continuous UK address history .
