TEAM LEADER & GROUNDS MAINTENANCE OPERATIVES – WREXHAM

Job Overview

Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s Required for the new season (March) in Wrexham and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role with pick‑up/drop‑off arrangements depending on location.

Salary & Hours

£30k‑£40k annual based on a 48hr per week pay through an annualised hours programme. Overtime may be available at a premium rate but is not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team on mobile round working across multiple commercial sites such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools, colleges, parks and open spaces.
• Plan and carry out regular maintenance and reactive work on sites.
• Provide customer service interaction to ensure the client is happy with the works carried out.
• Use company van, mobile iPad and all supplied tools and equipment.
• Perform vehicle checks and maintain compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing a small team.
• Experience of using hand‑held power tools such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
• Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
• Valid driver’s licence is essential.
• Ability to work independently or within a small team.
