Benefits 28 days holiday Parking onsite Company pension Cycle to work scheme Sick pay Employee discounts Referral programme Duties This telesales role will see you speaking with customers who are making orders online or via the phone and advising them on products and upselling additional products. You will need to learn the company products so will have to demonstrate previous experience of selling products. You'll be looking after the customer throughout their buying journey though to delivery so this is a perfect mix of sales and customer service. You'll also be converting online queries into sales wherever possible. The hours for this role are 5 days a week (Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00) & (Saturday & Sunday 09:00-17:00). If you work a day over the weekend you'll get a day off during the week
