They have built a strong market reputation for: Delivering technically robust and buildable designs Taking projects from concept through to completion Maintaining a supportive, close-knit team culture despite continued growth The Role As a Structural Engineer, you’ll be working as part of a collaborative design team, contributing to the delivery of projects from early concept stages through to detailed design. Key Responsibilities: Producing structural calculations and designs for a range of building structures Working with materials including steel, reinforced concrete, timber, and masonry Supporting the preparation of drawings and technical documentation Liaising with architects, contractors, and other design team members Assisting in project delivery to ensure timely and high-quality outputs Working closely with senior engineers to develop your technical capability What They’re Looking For Around 2–4 years’ experience within a UK structural consultancy Strong understanding of structural design principles and building regulations Experience working on building structures projects (any sector) Familiarity with design software (e.g. Tedds, Robot, ETABS, etc.) Good communication skills and a proactive attitude Ambition to progress towards Chartered status (ICE/IStructE) What’s On Offer Salary between £32,000 – £40,000, depending on experience Opportunity to work on diverse, technically interesting projects Clear pathway for career progression and Chartership support Supportive, collaborative working environment Exposure to all stages of project delivery Interested?
