We're working with an established business looking for a hands-on Transport Manager to take ownership of fleet compliance, improve operational performance and drive positive change.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Transport Manager or an ambitious transport professional ready to step up.

The Role

* Oversee transport operations, fleet compliance and driver standards.

* Ensure compliance with UK transport legislation.

* Manage vehicle maintenance, driver hours and training requirements.

* Investigate incidents and implement improvements.

* Work closely with operational teams to improve efficiency and performance.

* Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve fleet utilisation.

What We're Looking For

* Experience in transport management, supervision or fleet operations.

* Strong knowledge of transport legislation and compliance.

* A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication skills.

* Transport Manager CPC qualification desirable, but not essential for consideration.

* Ambitious candidates looking to progress into management are encouraged to apply.
