Support Worker / Care Assistant – Male applicants

Help adults with complex needs build independence, sustain accommodation and move towards safer futures.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of this role, there is a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010 for the post holder to be male, as the role involves providing intimate personal care and support to male residents where dignity, privacy and welfare are paramount.

SALARY: £25,484 per annum + Benefits

LOCATION: Stamford Hill, North London

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 37 per week, Monday to Friday, working 7.5-hour shifts excluding a one-hour unpaid break. Rotating shifts cover 09:30 to 22:30. There may be the ability or need to work 12-hour shifts.
