General Manager - OTE c. £60k pa

Overview

As a result of an internal move, Cosy Club Chelmsford is looking for a new General Manager. With us you can expect casual days, vibrant evenings, and weekends where we're the life and soul of the party. From brunch and coffee to dinner and drinks, our guests join us for an experience like no other.

As our General Manager we look to you for accountability and instead of being confined to an office you play an active and passionate role in setting the scene for our guests across the whole site.

Salary and benefits

• Base Salary: Up to £50,000 per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated between £7.5k - £10.5k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus: Up to £6k additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
