NT Engineering & Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Interim Production Manager for a fast-paced drinks manufacturing site in Central Scotland. This 6-month contract offers an opportunity to steady operations during peak periods and to lead a dedicated team through change.

You will direct day-to-day production, manage 8 Team Leaders and around 35 operators, uphold safety, quality and output, and collaborate with senior leaders to shape the future structure.
