Senior Quantity Surveyor, Cornwall. Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor sought to join an established and growing construction management business overseeing schemes across Cornwall. We are seeking a commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor, delivering prestigious projects valued up to £5m+ across the region utilising JCT forms of contract. Day to day, * You will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account, ensuring effective cost control, contractual compliance, and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities, * Managing the commercial function across multiple projects * Tendering, procurement, and subcontractor management * Valuations, variations, and final accounts * Monthly cost reporting and cash flow forecasting * Managing contractual obligations and commercial risk * Supporting and mentoring junior team members Requirements * Commercial Management / Quantity Surveying qualification * Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor * Main contractor experience preferred * Experience delivering projects up to £5m * Strong commercial and communication skills * Cost control experience would be highly advantageous In return? * Aside from joining an incredible team with ample opportunities for further growth, we are offering a competitive salary (Circa £50,000 - £65,000) plus package there on to include car / allowance, 25 days AL, and various further whilst working regionally across Cornwall.
