Legal EA to Senior Partner (12 Month FTC)

Calling all exceptional Legal EAs to provide 1:1 support to a highly respected Senior Partner at a leading international law firm, who advises a number of high profile and important private clients. Working closely with the Senior Partner, you’ll assist with their day-to-day responsibilities, providing confidential technical and administrative support, as well as assisting with client-related matters.

Legal EA to Senior Partner – What You’ll Be Doing:
/n
/n
- Proactive and complex diary management, coordinating client meetings, internal commitments and associated travel
/n
- Meeting management, including agendas, papers, minutes, action points and follow-up
/n
- Senior-level inbox management, prioritising urgent matters and drafting correspondence where appropriate
/n
- Coordination of internal meetings and events, including agendas, speakers, room bookings, IT set-up and catering
/n
- International and regional travel management, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes
/n
- High-quality document and administrative support, including drafting, proofreading, filing and the timely processing of expenses and invoices
/n
- Responsive management of last-minute changes, urgent requests and client demands, using sound judgement and discretion
/n
- Support with the Senior Partner’s LinkedIn profile and wider marketing activity
/n
- Coordination of regulatory requirements, including annual declarations and SRA filings
/n
- Support with the monthly billing process, working closely with the Revenue Control team
/n

Legal EA to Senior Partner – What We’re Looking For:
/n
/n
- Previous Legal PA / EA experience gained within a law firm is essential
/n
- Good numeracy and literacy skills, ability to take accurate Minutes
/n
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suites including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
/n
- Flexibility – sometimes need to work outside core hours
/n
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to adapt and respond to fast changing client and business demands
/n
- Discretion, sound judgement and confidence when dealing with highly confidential information and high-profile clients
