Loading Shovel Operative Location: Middlesbrough Own transport essential due to site location and night shift hours Shift Pattern: Tuesday to Friday, 17:45 - 05:45 Stafforce are currently recruiting for a Night Shift Loading Shovel Operative to join a busy operations team based in Middlesbrough. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced plant operative looking to work a permanent night shift pattern. Duties & Responsibilities Carry out pre-start checks on loading shovel and plant equipment. Report and document any defects or maintenance issues. Safely operate a loading shovel to support site operations. Feed materials through processing machinery. Refuel loading shovel and associated plant equipment. Move, maintain and manage stockpiles. Complete cleaning and housekeeping duties across the site. Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times. Comply with site rules, procedures and company policies.Essential Requirements Valid externally accredited Loading Shovel Licence. You will be an experienced and safety-conscious Loading Shovel Operative who is comfortable working nights in a fast-paced industrial environment.
