The Role

The College Dining Services invites applications for a Part-time College Waiter position, to work in all aspects of food service delivery within the College. As a valued Dining Services team member, you will work with both permanent and casual members of staff to provide a high level of service to the College and its guests, including student dining, College feasts, staff food, weddings, conference business and special dinners. The College serves approximately 800 meals per day to students, staff, Fellows and guests. You will have some experience in good customer service as a waiter or at supervisor level, good attention to detail and the ability to provide all types of services in a friendly and welcoming manner.

This is a permanent part-time role, 20-hours per week (working approx. 4 hours per day/evening, 5 days/evenings out of 7 per week ).

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A PERMANENT POSITION AND IS NOT A CASUAL/SEASONAL ROLE which requires someone able to work flexibly as the rota is changeable on a weekly basis and will require your availability for daytimes and evenings (Monday to Sunday).
NB due to availability requirements for this role those with restrictions due to education commitments or looking for casual hours need not apply.

The salary for the post is £14,040 per annum (£28,080 FTE).
