Consultant Solicitor / FCILEx / Licensed Conveyancer – Property (Residential & Commercial) Remote / Self-Employed Consultancy | Up to 75% Fee Share | No Minimum PQE | London

FDR Law is a growing legal consultancy offering Solicitors, FCILEx members, and Licensed Conveyancers the platform to run their own property practice under a self-employed consultancy model — without the overheads, admin burden, or earnings cap of a traditional firm.

The Opportunity

We're looking for experienced property lawyers — residential and/or commercial, private and/or public sector — to join us as consultants. This is a client-led model: you bring or build your own caseload, and we provide the infrastructure, accreditations, and support to let you focus on fee-earning. No minimum PQE is set; what counts is a demonstrable ability to win and retain clients.

Remuneration

• Retain up to 75% of your billing
• Guaranteed minimum split of 70%
• Warm referral opportunities from established, high-volume clients

Infrastructure & Support

• Immediate access to lender panels and firm accreditations
• PII cover up to £20 million
• Cloud-based CMS and electronic AML/case-handling systems
• Dedicated concierge team covering operational, legal, and training support
• A technical head on hand for case guidance
• Nationwide office access, meeting rooms, and up to 100 days' hot-desking
• Free calls via the firm's dedicated app

The Person

• Qualified Solicitor, FCILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Solid grounding in residential and/or commercial property law
• Existing client relationships or a strong track record of business development
• Wants genuine autonomy over caseload, fees, and working hours, with full remote flexibility
• Individuals or established teams welcome
