We are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Mechanic / Vehicle Technician to join our team in Inverness. The Role As a Qualified Mechanic / Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of vehicles to the highest standards. Working as part of an experienced team, you will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company and manufacturer standards. Key Responsibilities * Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs. * Diagnose faults using appropriate diagnostic equipment. * Perform work relating to brakes, tyres, transmission, steering, and suspension systems. * Ensure vehicles are roadworthy and meet safety standards. * Complete repair documentation accurately. * Support and mentor apprentices. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment. Essential Requirements * Minimum Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. * At least 5 years' experience working within the motor trade. * Proven experience working with brakes, tyres, transmission, steering, and suspension systems. * Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Positive and proactive attitude. * Willingness to support, coach, and mentor apprentices. * Full UK Driving Licence.
