An established independent restaurant group is looking for a Group Restaurant Manager to oversee service and people across three London restaurants.
The role covers three sites, working closely with the Operations Manager and three Restaurant Managers.

The Role
You'll be the key point of accountability for service standards across all three restaurants.
Working across the sites, you'll support the Restaurant Managers, identify issues and make sure standards remain consistent across the group.
You'll also take ownership of key people processes, including onboarding, appraisals, training and regular team check-ins.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and coach service standards across all three restaurants
• Work closely with Restaurant Managers to support their development and performance
• Be a visible, hands-on presence during service
• Identify and resolve recurring service, staffing and standards issues
• Champion consistency across the group
• Support the delivery of group KPIs and operational targets
• Improve and maintain effective pre-service briefings
• Lead onboarding for new starters across all three sites
• Conduct structured 2/4/12 week check-ins
• Coordinate staff appraisals and ongoing training
• Interview candidates alongside the Operations Manager
• Hold regular one-to-ones with team members
• Monitor guest feedback and turn recurring issues into practical changes
• Escalate facilities, equipment and other operational issues to the Operations Manager
About You
You'll have:
• Strong experience managing restaurant floor operations
• Ideally, experience working across multiple sites
• The confidence to lead, coach and hold Restaurant Managers accountable
• Strong people-management and communication skills
• Experience with onboarding, training, appraisals and interviewing
• A genuine passion for being on the floor and developing teams
• Strong organisation and follow-through
• The ability to balance hands-on service leadership with people administration
What Success Looks Like
• Consistent service standards across all three restaurants
• Stronger, more capable Restaurant Managers
• Consistent delivery of onboarding, training and appraisals
• Fewer day-to-day issues being escalated to the Operations Manager
• Problems are identified, addressed and followed through
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Multi-outlet or Multi-Site Restaurant Manager who wants to take ownership across a small, quality-focused restaurant group.
