Supply Chain Planning Specialist Location: Northamptonshire (Hybrid) Salary: £39,750 - £43,250 + Excellent Benefits Are you an experienced Supply Chain, Production or Materials Planner looking for your next challenge within a global manufacturing business? We're working with a market-leading manufacturer to recruit a Supply Chain Planning Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring production plans, material availability and inventory levels are aligned to meet customer demand. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll have genuine ownership, work across multiple departments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The Role You'll be responsible for: * Developing and maintaining production plans to meet customer demand. * Managing Material Requirements Planning (MRP) * Monitoring inventory levels and identifying supply risks. * Working closely with Procurement, Operations and Manufacturing teams. * Analysing planning and inventory data to support business decisions. * Driving process improvements, reducing waste and improving planning efficiency. * Producing planning reports and KPI information. About You We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience in: * Production Planning * Supply Planning * Materials Planning * Manufacturing Planning * MRP / ERP systems * Inventory management * FMCG or Manufacturing environments You'll also have: * Excellent organisational and planning skills. * Strong analytical ability with good Excel skills. * The ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive and collaborative approach.
