Salary- £45,000 OTE inclusive of base salary and tronc
Shifts- 2 singles and 3 doubles to start with
90 cover restaurant
Closed Monday and Tuesday and Sunday evenings
Role Overview
The Chef de Partie is responsible for running a designated section of the kitchen with precision, consistency, and culinary integrity. Youll work closely with the senior kitchen team to uphold the restaurants standards while mentoring junior colleagues and continually developing your own technical skill set.
Oversee daily preparation and cooking within your section, ensuring quality and consistency
Execute authentic recipes with accuracy and care and open to a new cuisine and flavours
Manage mise en place, service flow, and plating within your responsibility area
Maintain high standards of presentation, seasoning, and portion control
Uphold full food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance
Monitor and maintain section stock levels, storage, and labelling
Minimise waste and contribute to efficient cost control
Collaborate with peers and senior chefs to refine dishes and develop new menu elements
Demonstrate professionalism, precision, and pride in every service
What You Bring
Proven and stable work experience as a Chef de Partie in high-quality/fine dining kitchens with accolades
Ability to manage a section independently and efficiently during busy services
Excellent knife skills and understanding of classical cooking methods
Good communication and teamwork, with a calm, disciplined work ethic
Passion for heritage-led, quality-focused xwzovoh cuisine
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of a committed team
