- £70,000 Hybrid Working & Flexible Hours Are you an experienced Electrical Design Engineer looking to take technical ownership of complex, bespoke engineering projects while enjoying the flexibility to balance work and life? We're recruiting for a Lead Electrical Design Engineer to join a specialist engineering business delivering innovative industrial equipment to customers worldwide.

Define system architectures, requirements, and technical specifications.

Act as the technical authority for electrical engineering projects.

Support product innovation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with mechanical, software, and project teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Support customer technical discussions, testing, and commissioning activities. xwzovoh

About You You'll have experience in: Electrical and electronic systems design Industrial machinery, automation, or process equipment Power electronics, converters, transformers, or control systems Electrical safety, compliance, and CE Marking Technical leadership within an engineering environment Experience with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, RF technologies, pneumatic systems would be advantageous.
