This is an excellent opportunity to take on a senior role within a market leading practice and work on projects of regional and national significance.The RoleYou'll be responsible for advising on and leading a broad range of commercial property and development matters, including:Large scale regeneration and development projectsCommercial and residential development workGeneral commercial property mattersAdvising national and regional public and private sector organisationsLeading high value development projectsWorking closely with senior colleagues to further develop specialist regeneration expertiseSupporting a collaborative and ambitious team cultureMaintaining high professional standards and complianceClients include major public bodies and private sector organisations such as:Greater London AuthorityCity of LondonPeabody TrustPlaces for PeopleLondon Boroughs and local authorities across the UKThis role offers significant client exposure, opportunities to grow your network, and the chance to develop strong business development skills.
