Solicitor- Planning// Lancashire// Hybrid// £65ph My Local Authority client based in Lancashire are looking for a Planning Solicitor to come in on an initial 6 month contract with view to extension. We are looking for an experienced Planning Lawyer required with significant recent local government experience of all aspects of planning advice. The role will cover the following:- Drafting and negotiating s106 agreements, clearing reports for planning committee (experience of development control committee minerals and waste desirable) attendance and legal support at committee (hybrid may be considered) planning enforcement and general planning related advice.
