About the role
Due to internal promotions, a renowned National Loss Adjusting Organisation are now seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join their specialist Subsidence Team.
- You will proactively manage and be responsible for your own caseload of subsidence claims.
- Continuous training and development is actively encouraged and fully supported.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively Manage Subsidence claims through to completion
- Regularly update Clients, Policyholders and their agents
- Assist the field team in completing, reports, tasks and answering calls where necessary
- Ensure referral of work to the field team throughout the day, ensuring correct priorities are communicated and completed and that targets are met on a daily basis
- Managing identified and reported problems within set timescales to ensure adherence to group processes
About you:
- Knowledge and understanding of Subsidence in relation to insurance claims
- Experience of managing technical building claims
- Have an understanding of Claims Handling
- Excellent telephone skills
- Experience and understanding of Customer Service
- Excellent computer literacy
Salary & Benefits:
