Role:
Wide range of ECM matters including:

• IPOs
• Fundraisings
• Placings
• Rights issues
• Fund launches and fundraisings
• Advising on stock exchange listings
• Public company governance

Successful candidate:

• 4-6 PQE, England & Wales qualified
• ECM Associate or Senior Associate in a US/MC/SC or Top 20 City law firm
