This is a standout opportunity for a legal secretary who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-quality environment. You'll be supporting a team of highly regarded litigation solicitors handling a range of disputes. What Youll Be Doing: Providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to litigation fee earners Managing legal documentation and correspondence, including court forms and pleadings Handling digital dictation, document production, and diary management with efficiency and accuracy Liaising confidently with clients, counsel, courts, and third parties Maintaining organised and compliant client files from instruction through to resolution Supporting the litigation process through proactive task management and attention to deadlines Assisting with billing, time recording, and general team administration What Youll Need: Previous experience as a legal secretary within a litigation.
