Job DescriptionOur client, one of the UK’s leading independent providers of Financial Services to businesses requires Relationship Executive to join their growing team in Berkshire.As a Relationship Executive, you will work closely with the Relationship Managers to implement an agreed strategy and ensure clients are funded on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include accurate processing of client payments, collaboration with various teams, and proactive client management. You will be a key player in maintaining high client service standards and managing risk in a financial service environment.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Relationship Manager to fully understand and implement the agreed strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.Ensure that clients are funded on a daily basis by referring and informing funding decisions to the appropriate sanctioning authority.Accurately process client payments to meet deadlines and within agreed risk parameters.Work closely with Credit Control and Data Processing teams to ensure the debtor base is fundable and financial operations run smoothly.Liaise with clients regularly to ensure full funding on a daily basis and to understand and address their financial needs.Support Relationship Managers in achieving the agreed risk standards and monitor daily payments to mitigate financial risk.Maintain high client service standards by communicating effectively with clients and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.Actively seek new opportunities for the company by managing client relationships and identifying potential areas for growth.Undertake any other duties or projects commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role, leveraging your experience and training.Qualifications and Skills:Customer service experience.Ability to understand and identify client needs.Strong organizational and time management skills.Understanding of risk in a financial services environment.Excellent communication skills.Basic IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Experience in Commercial Finance or similar industry.The successful candidate will be rewarded with an excellent salary and generous benefits package.
