The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate stock control, supporting operational processes, and ensuring high standards of service and communication. What your day will look like: Manage the movement of small tools between Projects and depot locations Process internal and external hire requests, Raise sales and repair charges in accordance with company procedures Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), Off-Hire inspections, and perform minor repairs and servicing Coordinate the exchange of externally hired equipment with internal stock where appropriate Arrange equipment swaps for assets requiring servicing or maintenance Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the stores and workshop areas Conduct regular weekly inspections of the workspace Collaborate effectively with colleagues, including teams based in the Midlands   What we need from you:  Proven knowledge and understanding of small tools and equipment Strong communication skills, both verbal (telephone) and written (email) Ability to manage workload independently and prioritise tasks effectively Good level of computer literacy Familiarity with Syrinx systems is advantage but not essential Flexibility to deliver equipment when required Comfortable using mobile devices and digital tools
