A well-established property and rural business is seeking a Rural Surveyor / Land Agent to join its growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain exposure across estate management, infrastructure, development, renewables and strategic land projects, all within a supportive and highly experienced team.


You'll work across a substantial and diverse landholding, supporting the management of agricultural, residential and commercial interests while becoming involved in projects that help shape the future of rural land use. From landlord and tenant matters and property management through to renewable energy schemes, infrastructure projects and development opportunities, the role offers genuine breadth and long-term career development.


Responsibilities

  • Rural estate and property management
  • Lease renewals, rent reviews and negotiation of agreements
  • Utility, infrastructure and land access projects
  • Renewable energy and environmental initiatives
  • Residential property and strategic land matters
  • Supporting planning, development and land promotion projects
  • Ensuring compliance across legal, environmental and health & safety requirements
  • Contributing to wider estate strategy and project delivery


About You

Applications are welcomed from candidates at various stages of their career, from those with around 18 months' experience through to established professionals. You might currently work in:

  • Rural surveying or estate management
  • Utilities, infrastructure or land access
  • Property negotiations, acquisitions or commercial agency

Most importantly, you'll be keen to broaden your experience and develop your career across a wider range of rural property disciplines.
