Are you passionate about food ,drink and service ,want to be part of an award-winning hospitality team- and still make it home for dinner? We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team in London .
Location: London, EC2V 7EL
Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum
Working pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 7:00am - 15:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Solid kitchen operations and organisational skills
Strong understanding of health and safety standards
Ability to support and assist in the overall running of the kitchen
Experience in preparing and developing daily changing menus alongside the Head Chef
Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and support the wider team
Good awareness of current food trends and high street concepts
Genuine passion for food and innovation
Strong stock management, rotation, and portion control in line with purchasing
Supporting and helping manage a team of 6-7 chefs and 3 kitchen porters
Overtime available during events (paid at time and a half)
Annual bonus scheme based on performance
Staff meals provided on site
