Cruise Product Delivery Manager | Cruise | Hybrid, Essex | £34-37,000 Gecko Travel Recruitment is working with a rapidly expanding cruise operator that is looking for a Product Delivery Manager to join its team. The Role As Product Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the full guest experience onboard the company's cruise ship(s). You will ensure that onboard experiences meet guest expectations and that the product offering remains consistent across the business. You will continually gather customer feedback through onboard engagement, CSQs, and analysis of the commercial impact and revenue streams associated with the products and services offered.
