Your new role As a senior payroll specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll operations. You will work within a high-performing, large team and be responsible for the end-to-end payroll process. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will bring strong technical payroll expertise combined with excellent attention to detail and stakeholder engagement skills. The ideal candidate will have, In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation, statutory compliance Proven experience in payroll processing (typically 5+ years) within a complex organisation/ high volume environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication and customer service skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word High levels of accuracy, integrity, and discretion when working with sensitive data Be good with technology and familiar with large ERP systems, such as i-Trent, Oracle or SAP Advanced Excel skills, Pivot tables/macros etc*Visa sponsorship is not available for this role, What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
